This 12-week virtual group supports rising 9th-grade students as they prepare for the transition from middle school to high school. Designed to be a safe, encouraging space, the group offers students an opportunity to explore the challenges and opportunities that come with starting high school in the 2026–2027 academic year. Through interactive activities and guided discussions, students will build essential skills to navigate this next phase of their academic journey with confidence and clarity.
Topics covered include academic expectations, effective study habits, time management strategies, social skill development, and setting realistic personal and academic goals. With an emphasis on peer connection and supportive dialogue, participants will strengthen their self-awareness, organization, and communication—key tools for thriving in high school and beyond.
The primary requirement is that participants are high school freshmen for the 2026-27 school year.
When: Wednesday, July 15th @ 5PM EST

This 12-week virtual group supports rising 12th-grade students as they prepare for the transition from high school into adulthood, college, careers, and increased independence. Designed to be a safe, encouraging, and supportive space, the group provides students with an opportunity to process the emotional, academic, and social changes that often accompany senior year and life after graduation.
Through guided discussions, interactive activities, and peer connection, students will build confidence and develop practical tools to navigate this important transition with greater clarity and resilience.
Topics covered include managing academic and senior-year stress, preparing for college or career expectations, time management, decision-making, communication skills, emotional wellness, identity development, goal setting, and building healthy routines for life beyond high school. With an emphasis on connection, self-awareness, and personal growth, participants will strengthen the skills needed to successfully transition into their next chapter with confidence and support.
The primary requirement is that participants are high school seniors for the 2026-27 school year.

This 12-week virtual group is designed to support rising college freshmen as they prepare to begin their first year of college during the 2026–2027 academic year. The group provides a supportive and engaging space for students to process the emotional, academic, and social transitions that often accompany the move from high school to college life.
Participants will engage in guided discussions, reflective activities, and peer support while developing practical tools to navigate increased independence, changing responsibilities, and new environments with confidence and resilience.
Topics include adjusting to college expectations, time management, stress and anxiety management, building healthy routines, communication and relationship skills, decision-making, self-advocacy, identity development, balancing academics and social life, and maintaining emotional wellness while away from home. With an emphasis on connection, self-awareness, and personal growth, students will strengthen the skills needed to successfully transition into college and thrive throughout their first year.
The primary requirement is that participants are college freshmen for the 2026-27 school year.

This 8-week psychoeducational group is designed for engaged couples who want to intentionally prepare for marriage. The group provides couples with tools to strengthen communication, navigate conflict, clarify family expectations, align on finances and roles, deepen intimacy, and build a shared vision for the future.
Through interactive activities, guided discussions, and weekly assignments, couples will develop the confidence, clarity, and skills they need to create a strong foundation for a thriving marriage.

This 8-week virtual support and healing group is for women who are navigating the complex emotional wounds caused by maternal trauma. Whether you’ve experienced a strained or painful relationship with your mother or you’re a mother yourself striving to break intergenerational cycles, this group offers a safe and compassionate space for reflection, understanding, and healing.
Participants will explore the emotional impact of their maternal experiences, learn to name and process unmet needs, and begin building new patterns of self-compassion, boundary setting, and intentional motherhood. Each session will include guided discussion, trauma-informed psychoeducation, and supportive group sharing.
This is a private, closed virtual group (same cohort throughout the 8 weeks)
